This type of survey is often referred to as a Standard Land Survey which is a comprehensive examination and examination of significant factors affecting a tract's boundary lines. This type of survey typically does not show visible improvements on the site other than visible evidence of adverse occupation or use which may include fencing. Cemeteries and marked graves are to be shown if observed in the field or disclosed to the surveyor by the client.
